The kick-off meeting of DrupalCamp Taipei planning session went well. I had 7 people showed up. The updated plan has the new date and the volunteer committee head's name. I hope the event planning will go smoothly and we will have our first DrupalCamp in July!
Finally, I got the first draft of the DruaplCamp today plan done yesterday. I have 6 volunteers so far that we need to start planning and organizing the event. The date is set for mid-May and I hope we will have enough time to get the show on the road. Here is the plan...
