Lego Mindstorms EV3 Coding - Kanban boardIn coding class today, the kids continued to build the massive Spinner Factory robot. But today I introduced them to a simple Kanban board to keep track of what was built. The instructions include 465 steps. But we created "tickets" that represented chunks of the robot that could be built individually. So ticket 242 meant steps 242-245. And each color was a different kid. Team J.O.S.E. was Jas, Owen, Samuel and Ella. They were then able to keep track of who was building what and how to get all the pieces to the right person to finish building.
